After 12 years on Boylston Street, the Fenway Tasty Burger location is making a short move to Van Ness Street. Before the end of the year, the burger spot will close its current digs and immediately reopen around the corner at 86 Van Ness Street, in the mixed-use development home to Eventide and Blackbird Doughnuts.
According to the Tasty Burger website, the new location will have a similar feel to the original but “brighter, shinier and newer.” The menu, staff and “our local neighborhood burger joint vibe” remain the same. The new location will offer street parking, live parking for pickups and validated parking in the garage next door.
Tasty Burger opened its first location behind Fenway Park in a renovated gas station in 2010, and now has five locations: Fenway, Harvard Square, Back Bay, North Station and Downtown Crossing.
